1. Information we collect

- Account information: email address, credentials, etc.

- Usage information: generation history, token consumption, activity logs, device and browser information, IP address, etc.

- Content you upload to or generate with the Service (images, videos, text)

- Payment-related information: transaction details via the payment provider (Stripe). Sensitive details such as card numbers are not retained by the Operator.

2. Purposes of use

We use the information to provide, operate and improve the Service, for identity verification and authentication, billing and payment, prevention of misuse, responding to inquiries, and legal compliance.

3. Sharing and subprocessors

We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

To provide the Service, we use external services such as:

- Payment processing: Stripe

- Authentication and database: a cloud infrastructure provider

- Storage and delivery of images and videos: a cloud storage / CDN provider

- AI generation of images, videos and text: third-party cloud AI providers

Uploaded images are used only for generation and, under the paid API terms of the AI providers, are not used to train AI models.

4. Cookies

The Service may use cookies or similar technologies to improve usability and understand usage. You may disable them in your browser, but some features may become unavailable.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is appropriately deleted or anonymized. Outputs are retained according to your plan.

6. Security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect information against leakage, loss or damage. However, we cannot guarantee complete security of transmission over the internet.

7. International transfer

External services used to provide the Service may be located outside Japan. You consent to the possible transfer of information across borders.

8. Your rights

You may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your personal information. Contact support@sugatastudio.app. We will respond in accordance with law after verifying your identity.

9. Minors

The Service is not intended for use by persons under 18 (or those considered minors in their region).

10. Changes

We may update this Policy as needed. Changes take effect when posted on the Service.
