Delivery of service

Tokens and features are available immediately after payment. Subscriptions are provided during the contract period.

Returns / cancellation (refunds)

Due to the nature of digital content and services, no refunds are provided after purchase or consumption. If a generation technically fails, the corresponding tokens are refunded automatically. Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime and auto-renewal stops at the end of the term.
